In this blog post, I’m going to share my review and results from the Zoe Cotton’s Yoga Burn Program. I can always say that the best thing about falling down is you can always go back up and avoid the mistakes that you’ve previously made.

I was with my boyfriend of 7 years and he left me for another girl. I was depressed and angry. However, I was able to take a long hard look at myself.

I realized that I’m becoming fat and negative. I was completely changing into a different person that I didn’t recognize when I look in front of the mirror. I was very tired, moody, and angry all the time.

It took me some time before I realize that I need to change my habits, routines, and activities in order to find my long-lost happiness again. I need to lose some pounds in order to get my self-esteem back.

I went into the internet for help. I was getting a bit overwhelmed from a lot of information I’ve found. Luckily, a friend of mine posted about a great Yoga Program. I decided that I won’t lose anything much. I went ahead and tried it.

What is Zoe Cotton’s Yoga Burn?

This program basically allows the body to form the perfect yoga pose through dynamic sequencing. I was able to find out that this is one of those Do-It-Yourself Yoga programs that are applicable to professional yoga practitioners and to novices alike. The program can be completed in 12 weeks depending on the person performing it. You can read more about it in this link: http://yogaburnreviewed.com/.

Zoe-Bray Cotton is the one who founded this incredible program. She is a personal trainer, a female body transformation specialist and a certified yoga instructor. She basically helps people in transforming their bodies into poses that are incorporated in professional yoga. She is an expert on her field, and she can easily teach complex yoga courses to novices through straightforward approaches.

What are the Benefits of Yoga Burn?

Coast, Exercise, Fitness, Lifestyle, Ocean, Person

The main goal of Yoga Burn is to tone the body and lose weight in no time. Some people even reported that they have experienced improved sleep, increased blood flow, improved moods, enhanced athletic performances, improved muscles, and a lot more.

Before I started Yoga Burn, I decided to make an overall change in my lifestyle. This means that no more sodas, junk foods, and salty snacks. I also just eat wholesome foods such as fruits and vegetables. I cook my meals instead of getting them from fast foods. Then, I started the workouts.

The Three Phases of this Program

Foundational Flow Phase

This is a phase where everything I need to know about the foundations of yoga is discussed. This is where the correct form starts. There are a lot of step-by-step processes that help me transition my poses into a smooth flow. I learned how to correct my breathing. I also learned how to complete several poses and exercises that are basic in yoga. The basics of yoga are what I’ve practiced for a few weeks before I go to Step Two.

Transitional Flow Phase

Since I have already learned the basic poses of yoga, I need to transition from one pose to another without actually breaking my bones. I learned to mix and match the methods on phase one and incorporate them to phase two. This helped me burn a lot of calories in a short time.

Mastery Flow Phase

This is the final phase of Yoga Burn. This combines all poses and creates a master flow where it can translate to a heavy workout. From the exercises I gained from the first two phases, the third one created a routine that aims to burn fats as fast as possible. I realized that my body becomes better when it comes to building muscles. I also have the necessary metabolism needed to gain a body that is made for yoga.

My Results

Doing the program has helped me a lot. I wake up every morning with more energy. I also gained a lot of self-confidence, and my body image is improving. I lost a few pounds, and I’m having lots of fun. When the positive things start to happen, I’ve accepted several weekend invitations to my friends’ house. I didn’t realize that I’ve become a socially active fellow.

Zoe Bray Cotton is a very likable teacher and she has a body that served as my inspiration. She also offered words of advice to women who wanted to change their lives. Her dynamic sequencing technique makes my body tougher, and the adaptive phases became easier. Due to my frequent workouts, my body was never completely the same. I was able to do one or two poses for three to four minutes when I first started. Over time, I can stay in the same pose for more than 15 minutes. I’m making a lot of progress, my body is toned perfectly well, and I’m burning a lot of fats. I can’t even ask for more. What I Did

During my workouts, I set a one-day interval in order to give my body some rest. For example, I started the entire program on a Monday. I was able to complete the Phase 1, Workout 1 for a day. Next day, I went to a jog. On Wednesday, I decided to go for the Phase 1 Workout 2. On Thursdays, I’ll go for a swim. Note that this can be different routine to everyone. The desired results can be achieved in less or more than 12 weeks. It also depends on the person if she wants to extend the workouts so she can lose more weight. Yoga makes me feel better. I was able to chill out, tune in, and shape up, all at the same time.
